Before you start

Is it really free?

Yes. The price range and the bids cost you nothing, and you don't need an account to start.

Where do you work?

Florida — around Jacksonville, the Panhandle and Marco Island.

Do I have to hire anyone?

No. The price range is yours to keep. Nothing is signed until you choose a bid, and you can walk away before that.

How accurate is the price range?

It's built from what you tell us, and it shows what's behind the number. The more we can see — photos, measurements, a five-minute video walkthrough — the tighter it gets.

What if the bids come in above the range?

The range is a yardstick, not a cap. A bid above it is worth a question — you can ask any pro what's behind their number right from the bid comparison — and you never have to take one.

How do you check the pros?

Where the trade needs a state license, we check it against Florida's DBPR records. Before any contract is signed, the pro has to send proof of insurance.

Who sees my phone number and address?

We do. Pros see the job, your photos and your city. Your number and street address go to the pro you pick, once you pick them.

Can you help with an emergency?

Not yet. If water is coming in or something is unsafe, call a licensed pro now. We can still give you a price range to judge that call against.
